Section 1: Abuse Prevention

You may not, under any circumstances, use your domain(s) or website(s) to spread malware, send lots of unwanted emails, sell or display personal info, impersonate other websites, doxxing, use your domain for deceptive purposes, scamming, piracy, or anything else that breaks your country's law of any kind.

Section 2: Adult content

You may not put adult content, such as gore, porn, etc. on your website in any way, unless you have permission from the XD.GD administrator, who you can contact by clicking "Contact", on the top bar.

Section 3: Age restriction

You may not register a domain name if you are under the age of 13 without permission from the XD.GD Administrator.

Section 4: Domain squatting

You may not, under any circumstances, get an XD.GD Domain just to sell it to another person or hold the domain name without use. We want to provide free domains, no matter what.

Section 5: Country association

Despite our SLD's TLD, We are not associated with Grenada in any way, shape or form.

Section 6: Terms of Service Altering

We have the ability to change/update the Terms of Service at any time. We will try to notify you through email that we have updated the Terms of Servide.

Section 7: Loophole Exploitation

You may not exploit loopholes in this Terms of Service of any way, shape, or kind. Not even in this section.

Note: XD.GD Domains are only allowed if they abide by our Terms of Service.
